Pyplok® JIS fasteners provide all the advantages of welded connections without the risks caused by hot work. It is offered in the 06A – 50A JIS size range for low and high pressure systems. Pyplok® JIS products; Available in all standard configurations including straight connections, 45° and 90° elbows, adapters, tees, reducers and flanged ends.
Products; It can be produced in a wide range of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, copper nickel (CuNi) and titanium. Pyplok® connection configurations can be designed as completely permanent ends or a combination of permanent and detachable ends.
Sealing and Structural Properties
There is a two-stage sealing structure in the Pyplok® JIS system:

Inner O-ring: Provides primary sealing.

External O-ring: It acts as an environmental seal, preventing the entry of contaminants from the external environment between the pipe and the Pyplok® fitting.
All Pyplok® JIS fasteners are manufactured from bar stock by one-piece forging method and have a completely solid, no-weld construction. Pyplok®'s non-metallic O-ring sealing technology makes the system ideal for both gaseous fluids and liquid systems.
