Pyplok® fasteners provide all the advantages of a welded connection without the risks of hot work. Pyplok® products offered in the diameter range of 6 mm – 60 mm; Available in all standard configurations including straight connections, 45° and 90° elbows, adapters, tees, reducers and flanged ends.

Sealing and Structural Properties
The Pyplok® system has a two-stage seal structure:

Inner O-ring: Provides primary sealing.

External O-ring: It acts as an environmental seal, preventing the entry of contaminants from the external environment between the pipe and the Pyplok® fitting.
All Pyplok® fasteners are produced by one-piece forging from bar stock; It has a completely solid and no-weld structure. Pyplok®'s non-metallic O-ring sealing technology makes the system ideal for both gaseous fluids and liquid systems.
